Dandy Watercolor Liner - Bright Yellow Matte
Dandy is a bright yellow in a matte finish.
The Watercolor Liners are water-based liquid eyeliners that come in a .27 fl oz/8ml tube with a fine brush tip applicator. These liners are long-lasting and flake-resistant, but wash off with water, and are, like all of my products, vegan and cruelty free!
Ingredients: water, glycerin, acacia gum, mica, zinc stearate, polysorbate 80, phenoxyethanol, caprylyl glycol, potassium sorbate, hexylene glycol. may contain: titanium dioxide (77891),iron oxide (77492), yellow 5 (19140)
