Vegas Nail Polish - Neon Aqua Turquoise Creme
Vegas is a super bright aqua blue, which is also an old shade back from retirement! Due to the neon pigments in this polish, it dries to a matte finish, so it is shown here in the pictures with a glossy top coat. From the 2025 Offbeat Vintage Collection.
